Vision: To maintain diversity and inclusion within the transportation industry the M² Chapter was formed to make sure minority men's voices are heard and valued. The continued concerns that minorities face as ONE is what will lead the charge in advocacy efforts of NMWAIT.

If we stand as ONE together we will have the capacity to enact the necessary change that is lacking within the transportation industry.

The M² Chapter of NMWAIT will consist of a group of minority men who understand, value and are committed to seeing the next man get to the NEXT LEVEL!

Whether you are a government contractor, truck driver or supply chain executive, M² will provide a safe space for all to network, grow and succeed within the transportation industry.
