Biography | SABRINA WINGARD

Sabrina Wingard is a result-oriented and dedicated professional with over 18 years of progressive business work portfolio, which includesproviding top-notch administrative and financial support. She is currently a Financial Budget Analyst with the Department of Transportation, which is what relocated this southern belle from Wagener, South Carolina to Waldorf, Maryland.  

Brought up by her mother in a single-parent home, Sabrina, being the third of four girls, was determined to excel and be successful. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from South Carolina State University and an MBA from Strayer University. Though she is employed full-time, she was also inspired by the death of her niece (daughter) and nephew to start her own gifting service called WingWicks& Gifts.  

Sabrina loves braiding hair, being on the beach, traveling, experiencing new restaurants and cultures, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She has always been passionate about helping others and learning new things. Sabrina has made it her personal mission and look forward to embracing the organization’s mission and vision to serve the board of National Minority Women Association in Transportation as the Director of Finance.
